Do you want to develop the future standards of aseptic processing (AP) in Novo Nordisk? Then you might be the Senior Project Manager we are looking for to drive some of our complex projects running in the Filling Work Package which has the mandate to support the establishment of new aseptic production lines across the world! The position As a Senior Project Manager, you will play an essential role in the successful implementation of world class technology and project standards that covers the implementation of Isolator Filling lines and the associated processes surrounding this. Your responsibility will be to drive the Work-Package deliverables, while supporting the overall project goals of delivering a world class solution in a time frame that challenges the traditional approach. This requires engaging with the Work Package Owners (WPO) of other technical areas, Subject Matter Experts, Specialists, Project Managers, and other international stakeholders while harvesting the inherent experiences of the company. Project management of tasks within your work package including design of future technical solutions and process flows with focus on adherence to the aseptic standards and authority requirements. Preparing documentation and management of test execution and validation of activities within your area of responsibilities (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ). Coordination with Quality Assurance (QA) and Regulatory Affairs (RA) and coordinating responsibility for designing and implementation equipment. Design and implement training setup for inspection and other relevant compliance activities for the isolator filling line and related process. Project Risk assessments and timely escalations Supplier management Schedule and cost management Qualifications To be successful in this role, you need to have academic degree within Natural Sciences, Engineering or similar and have minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Additionally, we expect you to have: Project management experience of technical or complex projects Experience with driving design processes, documentation for qualification and implementation of new equipment A flair for leadership and the ability to create results in a global stakeholder landscape. A quality mindset and a drive to create the “right” solutions while challenging the status quo supported with data Experience with aseptic process production design and GMP is considered a big advantage but not a requirement. An excellent command of verbal and written English is required while command of Danish or French is a plus. As an individual, you are skilled at establishing relationships. You are proactive, solution-oriented and knowledge sharing is natural to you. You work systematically and are committed to your work and your colleagues. Additionally, you are naturally good at collaborating and communicating, also across professional groups, you can manage a high workload at times without losing sight and you have a can-do mindset. Finally, you embrace professional and personal diversity. About the department Our department Technology Standards is situated in the newly created SVP area of Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and built all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our aseptic production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future.
