The position As our Production Associate Manager you will be heading up a team of operators and skilled workers of New Injectable Finished Products (IFP) in our Single Dose Device (SDD) Department in Kalundborg. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a highly engaged operational team to achieve break through targets and support your colleagues with a fast ramp up in assembly and packaging lines. Your main tasks will be: Recruitment of new team members for operators and skilled workers Coordinate the execution of the training plan for new and existing employees across the area, ensuring its accomplishment Ensure the implementation of and the compliance with the production targets and quality procedures in the area as well as daily coordination of the workflow Follow up the Operator, Operational Technicians and Operational Coordinators performances, providing technical and behavioural feedback and aiming for people development and growth mind-set development Perform regular Workplace Assessments and safety walks in production area to make sure good safety control, ensuring compliance with Environment, Health and Safety guidelines. Furthermore, as part of the management team you will be responsible for achieving the best possible results while maintaining high levels of quality and compliance. You will actively participate in projects, negotiations and reporting with a LEAN mindset to continuously improve our workflows and success as a department. Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: You have a relevant educational background for instance with a degree within Natural Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related fields Experience working within a production environment under GMP regulations. Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage Proven experience as a people leader, skilled at setting direction, engaging and developing the employees Knowledge of LEAN methodology and production environment within digitalization and automation will be considered an advantage Fluent communication in oral and written both English and Danish As a person you are passionate about your work and thrive for excellence. About the department We are responsible for the implementation and operation for assembly and packaging of our medical devices. While we continually improve and update our process, we are also a launch site with responsibility for implementing and validating new products and production equipment. Finally, we are also deeply involved in capacity expansions and are currently in the early stages of the project to build completely new assembly and packaging lines.
