As a MES Analyst/Trainer, you will be part of a new training setup designed to support the organization. Your role will be split, with responsibilities as a MES trainer, creating, reviewing, and delivering training for our PAS-X Academy, and as a product analyst, driving improvement and development for PAS-X product features. MES Analyst/Trainer Key responsibilities: Executes and participates in product development to conclude best fit for the product. Drive improvement and development for product features, and interfaces towards partner systems Review and provide input to product specification , and execute qualification of product releases Able to evaluate production processes (AP/FP, API, Tablet) vs the product features Delivers technical implementation, with master data, and setup of other key services. Review, provide input and facilitate training for the PAS-X Academy Collaborate with the Academy lead to understand and deliver relevant training. Qualifications: We are looking for someone with an innovative and solution-oriented mindset. You have a degree within e.g., business, economics, pharmacist or equivalent. Furthermore, you have delivered good results working in a similar position. To succeed in this position, we expect you to have: Required: Experience in PAS-X in a variety of contexts, configuration of recipes/MBRs and integration to production equipment Required: Experience with GMP validation of IT systems in a regulated production environment. Required: Training experience in a production/Pharma/GxP environment Ability to bridge technical MES knowledge with local business process requirements to identify and collect data. Experience with analyzing and planning IT solutions. Develop and maintain training materials Strong stakeholder management with ability to build relationships in a complex organisation Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
